Noah Callahan – February 2026 Athlete of the Month
Noah Callahan, 17, hails from North Attleboro and plays football, lacrosse and wrestles for Big Red. He’s earned varsity letters in each of the sports he’s played and was a member of the Super Bowl champion North Attleboro HS team in 2024. He was also a member of Big Red’s Hockomock League champion wrestling team in 2025.
Despite Noah’s many accomplishments as an athlete, he’s also faced more than his fair share of adversity in the form of injury. He suffered his first major knee injury in 2023, which required reconstructive surgery and almost a year of rehab. He successfully return to playing his sports until 2025, when he suffered a second major knee injury and subsequent reconstructive surgery. Over the past 3 years, Noah has spent almost 18 months in physical therapy, working hard to improve his motion, strength, and power to return to the field. All along the way, he’s worked closely with Elite Sports Physical Therapist, Ben Godin, PT, DPT, SCS, who’s been constantly impressed with Noah’s relentless work ethic, positive attitude, and unwavering determination to get back to the sports that he loves.
When asked what qualities define a true athlete, Noah tells us, “a true athlete is a person with grit and perseverance who will not let any
obstacles stop them…being hard working and competitive are most important.” As for advice he may offer younger athletes, Noah says, “you always need to have fun. Not everyday will be your day and that’s normal but you should always find a way to have fun…the more time you can spend with your team working hard, the better you will be.” Finally, he shares that his favorite athlete is Julian Edelman as well as his teammates. “My role models are my peers who are doing good and achieving their goals…when I see my peers being kind, it inspires me to be better.”
Given how much time Noah has spent at Elite over the past few years, Noah shared with us the main reason he enjoys Elite. “The staff…It’s always fun to see them and you never dread coming here. Kids are there working hard and getting better, but everyone is having fun and smiling. It’s entirely up to you how much you will get out of it, but you’ll be working with the best staff.”
We appreciate the kind words, Noah, and we admire your strong work ethic, commitment to your rehab program and training, and your positive attitude and friendliness here at Elite! Noah is always a big presence in the gym and never shies away from getting to know other athletes and providing humor and encouragement along the way. He is truly a pleasure to work with and is incredibly well-deserving of honor of being named Elite’s Athlete of the Month! Congratulations, Noah – keep working hard and keep making us proud!
