Keith Callanan, PT, MPT, CSCS
Co-Owner / CEO / Physical Therapist
Keith is co-owner of Elite Health & Fitness Center and co-founder of the nationally recognized Elite Sports Fitness Boot Camp program. Keith has over 16 years experience in the physical therapy and fitness industries. Keith earned his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, where he was also a collegiate athlete. Injuries sustained from football inspired to pursue his current career as a physical therapist. Keith received a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. As a physical therapy student, Keith had the opportunity to work at Langley Air Force Base, collaborating with staff to discuss patient issues, as well as preparing rehabilitative exercise machines for patient use. Prior to founding Elite Health & Fitness in 2001, Keith worked as a physical therapist for the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts, as well as the Methodist Sports Medicine Center. He also had the unique opportunity to work under renowned knee surgeon, Dr. K.D. Shelbourne. As Director of Physical Therapy at Elite, Keith develops treatment plans while educating patients on its purpose and strategy to anticipate functional outcomes. He specializes in the treatment of the knee and is also the inventor of various biomechanical therapeutic devices used throughout the country today, including the COR-XT Functional Trainer (www.corxt.com). Keith is certified as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and is a member of the APTA and PTPN. One of Keith’s proudest accomplishments includes running the Boston Marathon.
Peter Rappoli, MS, CCS, CSCS
Co-Owner / Senior Director of Personal Training
Peter is a co-owner of Elite Sports, Inc. and co-founder of the nationally recognized Elite Sports Fitness Boot Camp program. Peter has worked with several of Boston’s most legendary athletes, including American League MVP, Mo Vaughn, and Olympic Gold Medalist, Jim Craig. He has also worked with Major League Baseball All-Stars including a Boston Red Sox MVP. In addition to working closely with the training staff of both the Boston Red Sox and the Anaheim Angels, Peter was the strength and conditioning coach for the Mo Vaughn, Trot Nixon, Nomar Garciaparra and Jason Varitek Baseball Camps, as well as, Jim Craig’s Gold Medal Hockey School. He is currently the strength and conditioning coach for Dustin Pedroia’s Baseball Camp. Peter has worked as the strength and conditioning coach for Bryant University, Stonehill College, and Suffolk University. Peter has over 20 years experience as a full-time personal trainer and holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences. He also has an Associate’s degree in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Fitness. In addition, he holds a Career Diploma in both nutrition and fitness from Ashworth College. At Ashworth College, he was awarded the DETC (Distance Education Training Council) Outstanding Graduate of the year award.
Peter is certified as a personal trainer through ACSM, NCSF, AFAA, FRA, NCCPT, and IFA. He is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and NSPA, and a certified TRX instructor. He is also a member of the NSCA and on the advisory board for the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA).

Ben Godin, PT, DPT, SCS
Chief Operating Officer/Physical Therapist
Ben joined the Elite team in 2010 after completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Simmons University. He worked as a Physical Therapist at Elite Health & Fitness Center from 2010-2013 prior to becoming the Clinic Director/General Manager of Elite's Foxboro facility, where he worked from 2013 to 2020. In 2020, he moved into a new role as Elite's Chief Operating Officer, in addition to continuing to treat patients and train athletes. Prior to PT school, he earned his B.A. from Bates College, a certificate in health counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and worked in business management. Ben has a strong clinical interest in sports injury and orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sports performance training. He is a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, and an active member of the American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy. He's also a Certified Champion Performance Specialist, certified in the use of the FMS and SFMA systems, and is a guest lecturer on sports injury rehabilitation at Simmons University. Most important, he is passionate about helping his patients get back to doing what they love to do! In his free time, Ben enjoys cycling and mountain biking, playing ice hockey and guitar, and spending time with his family.

Robert "Bob" Rowe, PT
Clinic Manager
Bob received his PT degree from the University of New England and brings over 30 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy to his role as Clinic Manager here at Elite. Bob has extensive experience treating a wide variety of patients and orthopedic/sports injuries and surgeries, from total joint replacements to ACL reconstructions to rotator cuff repairs, and everything in between. A former collegiate soccer player, Bob played soccer for most of his life and continues to share his passion for the 'beautiful game.' He also has a special interest in treating injured athletes of all ages and helping them recover quickly and safely to return to the activities they enjoy. With his keen sense of humor and focus on improving his patients' function and performance, Bob brings a wealth of clinical expertise and experience to the PT team at Elite. In his free time, Bob enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Emily Boehm, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS
Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer
Emily joined the Elite Physical Therapy team in 2021 after completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Emily also has a BS in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport, is a Board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS), and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Emily is from Rochester, NY, where she grew up playing a variety of sports including soccer, track & field, and alpine ski racing. She also was a four-year member of SUNY Brockport’s Women’s Soccer team. Emily has also coached Girls Travel U15 & U17 soccer in her home town and continues to play soccer. Emily is passionate about physical therapy and enjoys treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries. Outside of work, Emily enjoys working out and staying active, playing soccer, spending time with friends and family and exploring new places.
Abby Regnier, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Abby received her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island in 2021 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a sports concentration from Northeastern University in 2024. She grew up in Rowley, MA where she was a competitive gymnast for 15 years while also coaching the sport. During graduate school she was fortunate to spend time rehabilitating many high school and collegiate athletes after ACL reconstruction and other injuries which has sparked her clinical interest in orthopedic and sports injuries, especially of the knee and ankle. Abby has a special interest in working with gymnasts and employs an individualized approach to care for all of her patients to help them achieve their goals and prevent future injuries. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks, going to the beach, golfing, and traveling with family and friends.
Mike O'Leary, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Mike graduated from University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons University. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals, Mike brings a personalized approach to each patient's plan of care and develops customized treatment plans that address each individual's unique needs. Mike enjoys working with patients of all ages and orthopedic conditions. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the city of Boston with his dog, working out, running, playing basketball and watching the Celtics.
Brielle Ciccio, PT, DPT, CSCS
Physical Therapist
Brielle earned her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Brielle is from Attleboro, MA and grew up as a gymnast in the local community for over fifteen years. She is passionate about treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries, including gymnasts and dancers. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, strength training, walking or hiking outside, cooking, and exploring new places!
Cody "CJ" Artus, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, KEOMPT, CSCS
Physical Therapist
CJ earned his Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine from Westfield State University in 2017 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from American International College in 2021. He completed a two-year orthopedic fellowship through IOMT and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, as well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. In addition to working in a physical therapy clinic, CJ is an Adjunct Professor at MCPHS in Worcester and a mentor for young physical therapists. With a strong understanding of orthopedics, CJ brings a unique approach to determine the root cause of the case at hand and develop an individualized plan that meets each patient’s needs. Outside of work, CJ enjoys working out, golfing, watching sports, and trying new food spots.
Rebecca Cuneo, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Becca received her B.S. in Sports Medicine from Westfield State University in 2015 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2019. She grew up playing soccer and basketball competitively. After many injuries and surgeries as a young athlete, she was unable to achieve her dream of playing soccer at the collegiate level and her passion now is keeping athletes healthy and in the game as long as they can. She has a wide variety of experience including orthopedics/sports medicine, as well as a background in pediatrics. Becca grew up in Foxboro and now residing in Mansfield with her family. Outside of the work she enjoys weight training, riding her Peloton, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Oliver "Ollie" Erickson, ACE
Assistant GM/Director of Sports Performance
Oliver Erickson is our Director of Sports Performance, where he oversees athlete assessments, program development, and long-term athletic progression. An ACE Certified Personal Trainer and former Division II State Champion in Shot Put, Ollie combines years of competitive and coaching experience to help athletes build strength, power, speed, and confidence. His mission is to create a positive, challenging environment where athletes of all ages can reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Aaron Blinn, BS
Sports Performance Coach/Personal Trainer
Aaron earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Endicott College and competed as a Division III baseball player. His connection to Elite Sports Performance began years ago as a longtime athlete in the Elite Sports Performance Foxboro program, where he experienced firsthand the impact great coaching can have on an athletic performance. He's also had extensive internship experience training baseball players and working in D1 college athletic strength and conditioning programs. Aaron is excited to bring that experience full circle by helping the next generation of athletes build strength and power, improve movement quality, and develop the confidence to succeed both on and off the field.
Braeden Veno, BS, CPT
Sports Performance Coach/Personal Trainer
Braeden Veno holds his Bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching and is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. A former football and lacrosse player with 14 years of competitive experience, Braeden brings tremendous energy and enthusiasm to every session. His coaching philosophy centers on meeting athletes where they are, building strong fundamentals, and helping each athlete unlock their full potential through individualized coaching and positive motivation.
