Nick & Tony Carnevale – November 2025 Athletes of the Month
Nick and Tony, 13, of Mansfield, have been training at Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in Foxboro since August, 2024. The twin brothers attend Qualters Middle School and both are multi-sport athletes. Nick plays football and basketball and Tony plays baseball, football, and basketball.
Both Nick and Tony came to Elite looking to get stronger and continue improving their strength, power and agility through consistent training. Nick feels he can jump higher since joining Elite, while Tony feels his endurance has improved. The boys have also been working hard in the weight room to improve their strength with significant gains in their trap-bar deadlifts and bench press. Nick has noticed he is doing well in football and Tony is happy with last year’s baseball season, during which his team won 4 tournaments. Both are proud of their football team that recently beat one of their biggest rivals, King Phillip! Another proud accomplishment is their amazing before and after test scores here at Elite. These athletes have put in hard work and have seen great results. Check out their scores below on Elite’s sport-specific tests!

Tony and Nick are always getting after it at Elite and love the fun atmosphere! They also love the culture at Elite created by the coaches, including Elite’s Manager of Sports Performance, Coach Katie Bennett, BS, CSCS, and attribute it to their success. They would advise younger athletes “to work hard” and “develop a good training ethic,” which they both display every time they train at Elite. They also feel that a ‘true athlete” is someone that is “hard working and determined,” but also may not be “gifted with talent but they practice and get better.” They both love playing their sports and find it is a source of joy in their lives. Both look up to talented athletes, including Pedro Martinez and Michael Jordan – athletes that worked hard to get better everyday, just like they do!
As for the future, both have lofty goals that they hope to realize through their hard work and dedication on the field and in the classroom. Tony hopes to play college baseball and major in biology. Nick hopes to one day make it to the NFL after playing Division I football and majoring in math. We’re excited to announce Nick and Tony Carnevale as our Elite Athletes of the Month for November, 2025! With their determination and commitment to their training, we know they have all the tools for great success in the future! We are so excited to see what comes next for these talented athletes! Keep getting after it and making us proud!
