Brody Copithorne – December 2025 Athlete of the Month
Brody Copithorne, 12, of Mansfield, has been consistently training at Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in Foxboro for the last year! Brody came to Elite as a multi-sport athlete playing football, basketball, and baseball. He was hoping to get stronger, faster, and more powerful, all of which he feels he has accomplished since he started training at Elite. He continues to work hard toward those goals and has been encouraged by the results so far!
This past year, he hit his first homerun, which he feels is a result of the hard work he has been putting in during his training sessions. He was also invited to All-States for his club baseball team, GBG Hawks. In addition, he was also able to pitch his first complete game!
Brody has been working hard during this training sessions at Elite, and all of his hard work has been paying off. Check out his latest testing scores to see how much his metrics have improved since her first began training at Elite!

Brody tells us that a “true athlete” is someone that is strong, tough, humble, determined, and locked in. He would say that an example of a true athlete is Drake Maye. His favorite athlete is also Maye since “he is very humble and works harder than anyone else.” He tells us that the best advice he has received was “don’t take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from.” He feels that sports have created something for him to center his life around and that they bring him joy. He continues to train because “you can always keep improving.” We love that mentality from Brody and know that it will serve him well in the years to come!
Brody is a positive, hard working athlete that brings infectious energy to Elite. He can often be found smiling and chatting about the Patriots and, of course, his favorite quarterback, Drake Maye, with Coach Katie Bennett, BS, CSCS. Brody tells us he “always looks forward to training” and simply put, “Elite is the best!” He would recommend Elite to fellow athletes due to the “great atmosphere, amazing coaches, and everyone works hard.” Brody has hopes to play Division 1 football at Michigan and wants to continue on to the NFL or MLB.

We’re excited to announce Brody Copithorne as our Elite Athlete of the Month for December, 2025! With his strong work ethic and positive attitude, we know he has all the tools for great success in the future, both on and off the field. Keep getting after it and making us proud!
