Athlete Assessment

Begin your relationship with your trainer by completing our comprehensive Athlete Assessment. During this session, our staff performs a Functional Movement Screen, which identifies any movement asymmetries or muscle imbalances that we can address in the athlete’s program. In addition, we perform baseline strength, power, and speed testing so we can track each athlete’s progress. This assessment allows us to customize our training programs to each athlete’s specific needs and goals.
